Align, Send, Reconvene: the three-step workflow
The entire Lyco AI workflow in three steps. No pipeline builder, no drag-and-drop — just a clear protocol for delegating real work.
Visual placeholders are temporary and will be replaced with real cover images.
Back to all postsEvery AI tool promises simplicity, then hands you a pipeline builder. We took a different path. The Lyco AI workflow has exactly three steps, and none of them involve configuring a DAG.
Step one: Align. Talk through the problem together. Share context, set constraints, agree on the approach. This is where you invest your attention — not in prompt engineering, but in the kind of briefing you'd give a sharp colleague.
Step two: Send. Once aligned, send it off. Lyco AI works autonomously on long-trajectory tasks — research, code, analysis — while you do your own work. No babysitting, no constant permissions.
Step three: Reconvene. Come back to real output: a spec, working code, a research brief. Review it, give feedback, ship it. The handoff is clean because the alignment was clear.
This isn't a framework or a methodology. It's just how the product works. Three steps, one tool, no ceremony.
